This hardback booklet lists all current social issues relating to solidarity, human rights, democracy, love, activism, diversity, the environment and, of course, gender and feminism.
Minimum 10 minutes
This picture book is in English, but it can easily be discussed in other languages too: the illustrations are explanatory without the text.
CID can lend you this booklet for free.
Suggestion A
1 A letter of the alphabet is hidden on every page. Who can find it?
2 There is a black cat hidden on every page. Who can find it?
3 For every page (or for selected pages only), ask the children to interpret the illustrations.
4 The children can be asked which page is their favourite and why.

Suggestion B
The book can be used during English lessons, for example, or for “Éducation à la citoyenneté” classes. One page could be the focus of a group discussion at the beginning of every class, for instance. (Time required: approx. 10 minutes.
