While political efforts have concentrated on increasing women’s representation in leadership positions, workplace gender segregation persists in many respects. The highest paid occupations remain male-dominated and the least paid ones still are the most gender-segregated. What are the causes and consequences of occupational gender segregation? Have you already experienced this? In which ways did it affect you? How do you believe this inequality regime can be addressed? Are there any “Luxemburgish specificities” in this matter?
We invite you to another online feminist tea-for-free. We start at 5:30pm and end the online meeting at 7.00pm. We’ll have an introduction on workplace gender segregation by Caroline Godard. Language is flexible. All genders, nationalities, age-groups,…are welcome! We meet online with zoom, you only need to subscribe by mail to email@example.com
