While political efforts have concentrated on increasing women’s representation in leadership positions, workplace gender segregation persists in many respects. The highest paid occupations remain male-dominated and the least paid ones still are the most gender-segregated. What are the causes and consequences of occupational gender segregation? Have you already experienced this? In which ways did it affect you? How do you believe this inequality regime can be addressed? Are there any “Luxemburgish specificities” in this matter?
